Orangewood Children’s Foundation
The Orangewood Children’s Foundation focus is on the ongoing needs of children in the foster care system, developing a wide range of activities, scholarships, support and programs to give every child a chance to succeed.
The Polyhouse project was started by Dr. Roya Javadpour, a Cal Poly professor, in order to allow Cal Poly students an opportunity to learn project planning and management skills while exposing them to the benefits of community service.
The Surfrider Foundation is a non-profit environmental organization dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s oceans, waves and beaches for all people, through conservation, activism, research and education.
Smiley Dog Rescue is a favorite of JoJo, the Friday’s Cairn terrier.
